Visual Communications Skills
Guidelines:
Design and produce one of the following items: notice, poster, flyer, greeting card, ticket or some other image-based item with or without text.
Demonstrate the development of your ideas with support documentation (eg plans/sketches)
Evidence may be used in other skill areas as visual aids.
Assessment Criteria:
Support studies demonstrate development of ideas.(2)Materials/techniques selected complement the design and message (2)
Visual communication is clear, consistent and supports the message (2)
Product engages the audience and sustains interest (2)
Presentation enhances the final quality of the product (2)

Remember: A good portion of the marks go for support documentation so provide as much information as you can.
